My Mandala founder, Sarah Warman
Sarah is a light-hearted, friendly, open, passionate yoga teacher and artist. Having spent 2 years working in various yoga retreats across Spain, she has now returned to the UK, where she continues to share her love of yoga, meditation and art.
Sarah's yoga journey began over 12 years ago and hasn't looked back since. Completing different teacher trainings in India, in the Ashtanga Vinyasa style and Yin yoga style, bringing balance, both the yin and the yang to her practise.
Teaching yoga for Sarah comes from the heart and is all about connection, love and unity, whether it's creating a little nurturing yoga community, or connecting your mind, body and spirit. Sarah believes yoga isn't about touching your toes or creating beautiful shapes with your body, it's about reconnecting to yourself and with each other, removing some of the noise and chaos from our lives, and to just be with ourselves, stop doing and start being...being connected, being love, being kind and being yourself in all its beauty and wonder.
Classes with Sarah include meditation and mindfulness, pranayama (breathwork) as well as the asanas (yoga poses). A theme or story is often woven through the practise, whilst honouring yoga's rich and vast heritage and history.
